This 1st floor apartment is available and located in a small gated complex that was finished in 2021. There are only 6 building with 3 levels of which most apartments are used as a second home.

This beautiful apartment is tastefully decorated and counts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which 1 is en-suite. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with Siemens appliances such as dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as a small utility room with washing machine. 
The kitchen with breakfast bar is connected to the dining / living room of which all furniture was carefully selected to create a cosy atmosphere, including a Samsung Frame smart TV. 
Both kitchen, salon and terrace spectacularly look out onto the greenery of the golf and sea behind it. Occasionally you'll see a golf cart drive by which adds to the relaxing atmosphere this apartment breathes out. 
The large terrace can become 1 with the living room thanks to huge sliding doors which can open all to one side, creating a very summery feeling. The SW facing terrace (outdoor living room) is mostly covered, so furniture can be left outside all year round however direct sunlight does reach, especially during winter when the sun is set lower. The terrace offers enough space for a charming sitting corner for apéro, a dining table for hosting up to 8 people, a sun lounger for sun tanning and a separate little corner to hide the a waste bin/washing rack. 
Furthermore there is a romantic master bedroom with super-king sized bed (1,8 m wide), lots of fitted wardrobes and an adjacent ample bathroom for 2 with walk in shower. The second bedroom has been furnished with 2 separate beds for guests or children, a fitted wardrobe and beautiful mountain views. The third bedroom has a 1,60 m bed and enjoys mountain views. It can be designated as office space for those that are privileged to work from home. Both these rooms share a lovely, smaller bathroom with bath/shower, which also can be used as guest bathroom. Both bathrooms have a window for ventilation and direct sunlight.
Finally there is also a small utility room that holds laundry and cleaning related utensils, as well as a ladder, toolbox and some shelves. 
PLEASE NOTE that this apartment is available for long term only, with a minimum of 9 months. There's an optional extra of 50€ per month for use of alarm system and high speed fibre-optic internet.
