The day starts in the kitchen. Coffee goes on, the terrace door opens, and the sea is already there, straight ahead, while you cook. You never have to go looking for the view. The renovation reworked the house entirely. The kitchen now opens onto the living room, so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation and keeps the view. Behind it sits a second working kitchen, the one that takes the noise, the smell and the disorder of a long lunch. The house stays in order without visible effort. The living room opens onto a terrace of roughly 80 sqm, which for most of the year becomes the room where life actually happens: the unhurried breakfast, the long table at midday, afternoons that stretch until the light drops. Three bedrooms. The principal, en suite, has its own access to the terrace and opens before the rest of the house does. A second bedroom shares that access. The third suits for guests. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Available by season: two or three months, or the full September to June term.
