Please be aware that a refundable 500€ deposit will be charged upon arrival, to be returned on the day of check-out if the apartment is left in good condition and the house rules have been respected. Additionally, there is a 110 Euro cleaning fee, payable upon arrival, specifically for the final cleaning at check-out.
