This luxury holiday home in Balcones del Lago consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a large terrace with private garden and two communal pools. At the entrance you will find the spacious and well decorated living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen with sea views from the sofa. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a TV table and a smart TV which is connected to high speed internet, so you have more than 2.000 international channels in all languages as well as access to a Netflix account. It is also surrounded by countryside, making it ideal for long walks. In the communal pools there are no sun loungers, so in the apartment you will find 2 folding sun loungers for the pool and / or the beach and also beach towels.
