Premium Properties Marbella is a boutique real estate agency based in Marbella, dealing with sales and seasonal rental. It is founded, and run by me, Kristina Nergård. I am Norwegian, and have been living in Spain the past 13 years and working in real estate in Costa del Sol the last 8 years. My specialty is new developments and high-end luxury properties along Costa del Sol, and I have experience of selling both to private customers and investors.

I have a master in business administration (MBA) from Instituto de Empresa, ranked as one of the best MBA program in the world. I work with international clients and speak English, Spanish and all the Scandinavian languages. After years working in the real estate business in Costa del Sol, with local knowledge, speaking the local languages, and doing rentals, I have lots of knowledge what is important when you buy or sell a property.
